Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies

Grain & Gluten Free, Low Sugar, Paleo, Vegan



100g Red Tractor Paleo Protein Flour Blend

145g Almond Butter

75g Maple Syrup

60g dark Chocolate Chips

Pinch of salt

1tlsp Cold Water

Preheat fan forced oven to 175°C.

Mix together all of the ingredients, accept the chocolate chips until a smooth dough is formed. Then mix through the chocolate chips

Then take a tablespoon of the cookie dough and roll into 12 balls. On a lined baking tray press into a cookie shape with your hands. These cookies don’t spread so you can decide on how thick you want them.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the bottom and edges of the cookies are golden brown.

Allow to cool on the baking tray for a while before moving to a baking rack to allow to cool completely and then enjoy!

Store the cookies in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
