Gluten-Free, Nut-Free, Refined Sugar free and Vegan
Chia Pudding is often made with a milk based, but here I’ve used fruit and love this being a combination of a smoothie with Chia Pudding. Delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner as a snack or dessert! The fresh flavours of the berries with the wonderfully nutritious Red Tractor Chia Seeds, make this a yummy, healthy meal at whatever time of day you like!
1 punnet of fresh Strawberries
1 punnet of fresh Raspberries
½ a Banana
2-3 tbsp Red Tractor Chia Seeds
Wash the berries and add to the food processor / nutribullet with the banana and whizz until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add the Red Tractor Chia Seeds (you want 2 tbsp per cup of the smoothie mix).
Leave for at least an hour in the fridge, even better if left overnight.
You can eat the Chia Pudding by itself or layered with Coconut Yoghurt or Granola and Berries.
