Red Tractor Organic Wheat Free Oats are farmed in the rich, volcanic soils of Victoria's Strathkellar region at the foothills of the Grampians. Our oats are grown by fifth generation farming family, the Nagorcka's, who started harvesting Australian Oats in 1876.

Rolled Oats are recommended for stove top cooking.
Place 1 cup of rolled oats into a saucepan with 2 1/2 cups of water or milk and bring to the boil. Continue to stir and boil for 4 to 5 minutes until oats have thickened to a creamy texture. Use more or less liquid to vary the thickness and taste. Allow to cool before serving. Serves 2
Place 1/2 cup of rolled oats into a microwave safe container with 3/4 cup water or milk. Cook on high for 1 1/2 minutes, stir thoroughly and then cook for a further 1 minute on high. Stir and allow to cool before serving. Serves 1
