USAGE/SERVING SUGGESTIONS
In baked goods around ¼ cup coconut flour should be substituted for 1 cup traditional flour. You should also increase the number of eggs or liquid, as coconut flour is very absorbent. It can also be used to boost the protein and fibre content of your favourite recipes. Simply add 20% coconut flour to 80% traditional flour. Try it for baking cakes, muffins, breads and biscuits. Add it to smoothies and porridges for added fibre and protein. Perfect as a gluten-free thickening agent in sauces and gravies.
